The Opportunity
We are opening a new branch in Austin, Minnesota, and are seeking 2-3 founding team members. This role offers variety across teller services, deposit accounts, and lending. Prior banking experience is not required; curiosity, initiative, and a passion for customer service matter most.
Expected opening date for the Austin branch is Q1 2027. Training will be conducted at our Albert Lea location so that we are ready to provide an impeccable experience from day one.
Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary and full benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, 401k, and PTO. Wages for this position range from $21-$40 per hour. Where you would fall in that range will be based on your proven ability to deliver results.
