Farmers State Bank is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Full-time Universal Banker that will work in the Northwood branch. Duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Accepts checks and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, and enters deposits into system
  • Cashes checks and processes withdrawals
  • Processes loan payments
  • Balance a cash drawer with accuracy
  • Identifies fraudulent activity
  • Assists with night depository and vault duties
  • Effectively cross-sells bank services
  • May open accounts as needed
  • Maintains a well-developed, current, working knowledge of the complete bank line of products and services
  • Assists with special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements for this position include the following:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during regular bank hours
  • Must be available to float between different offices as needed
  • Must be dependable and able to work the required shifts
