In this role, you’ll oversee the administration, support, and ongoing development of Business Banking, electronic banking, and cash management services. You’ll work directly with customers to implement and maintain services, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with technology and service providers, and identify opportunities to make our processes and services better.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced banking professional who enjoys being the go-to resource, solving complex problems, and working at the intersection of customer service, technology, and banking operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work on-site in our office, collaborating with team members and supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the implementation, servicing, and support of Business Banking services, including Business eBanking, ACH, wire transfers, BillPay, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, and mobile deposit services.
  • Serve as an advanced resource for business customers and bank employees when complex technical or operational issues arise.
  • Establish and maintain customer user access, permissions, transaction limits, and service capabilities.
  • Research and resolve customer, processing, and system issues while coordinating with core and third-party service providers when needed.
  • Monitor Business Banking services and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, customer service, and operational continuity.
  • Review reports, account activity, exceptions, and service usage to identify trends, concerns, and potential risks.
  • Coordinate customer reviews and assist with establishing appropriate service and transaction limits.
  • Partner with vendors and customers on new implementations, system enhancements, testing, and upgrades.
  • Assist with customer training and provide onsite support for Business Banking implementations when needed.
  • Maintain Business Banking procedures, forms, training materials, website content, and customer-facing communications.
  • Support audits, regulatory examinations, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to bank employees.
  • As the department evolves, take responsibility for supervising, developing, and providing directions to assigned staff.

Who You Are:

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You have an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • You have at least 5 years of related banking experience, including experience with Business Banking, electronic banking, deposit operations, treasury/cash management services, or a related operational area.
  • You have experience providing advanced customer support and resolving complex operational or technical issues.
  • You have strong knowledge of electronic banking services such as ACH, wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, mobile deposit, and BillPay.
  • You have a strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex technical information clearly to customers and employees.
  • You have the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet time-sensitive deadlines with previous leadership, training, project coordination, or supervisory experience (preferred).
