Position: Business Banking Officer, VP
Salary: Dependent on experience
Location: Middleton, North Dakota

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of business clients, including small- to mid-size companies across diverse industries.
  • Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, proactively addressing inquiries, concerns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and manage risk by ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal partners – such as credit, cash management and operations – to deliver seamless service and comprehensive solutions.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, credit analysis or a related financial services role.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients across diverse industries including proactively managing and growing a portfolio of commercial loans and deposits.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of business banking products and services, including loans, lines of credit, cash management.
