We are currently seeking a Property Management Department Specialist located in the downtown headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah.  At Zions, the possibilities are endless. You bring the talent, we bring the opportunity.

Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to: 

  • Provide professional-level service via email, phone, and in person to bank employees, customers, and vendors from the Property Management Helpdesk.
  • Strategize with team members to understand and solve issues related to property management.
  • Research, gather, and report on department-related data to internal and external partners.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties, which may include data entry, process review/audit, and reporting.  
  • Provide support to Zions Bank property managers through assignment and follow up on property-related work orders.
  • Train and assist other employees as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic office, administrative, and/or clerical experience.
  • Good customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem resolution skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software including spreadsheets and word processing.
