We are currently looking for a Trust Specialist to join our Corporate Trust Operations group in our downtown Salt Lake City office location. In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of the unique corporate trust industry-specifically focusing on how we support Municipal Bonds and act as the transfer agent for Stock issues. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on training in specialized banking operations, work closely with experienced administrators, and build a strong foundation for career advancement within Zions Bancorporation.
You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have the skills and experience necessary to:
  • Provides a variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit.
  • Conducts data entry functions, verifies and performs quality checks on data to ensure they match.
  • Preparation of control activities, records, statistics and reports regarding operations.
  • Assists clients with stock transfer requests and processes dividend payment.
  • Works with bankers, brokers and their systems as required.
  • Administers programs, projects and/or processes specific to trust operating functions.

Who Should Apply:
  • Requires High School diploma or Equivalent and some banking, trust or office related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of banking, trust operations or general office processes and functions.
  • General knowledge of trust products.
  • Good customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with both internal and external clients.
  • Must be accurate with good attention to detail.
  • Strong data entry, research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
