Location - Dallas, TX , Richmond Va
Work Mode -Onsite (5 days a week)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support a Banking Domain client by analyzing large datasets, building interactive dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, and AWS, along with a solid understanding of banking data and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex banking datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
  • Write optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data
  • Work with AWS services to access, process, and analyze cloud-based data
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with banking standards
  • Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong experience with Tableau (dashboarding, visual analytics)
  • Advanced SQL skills (joins, subqueries, performance tuning)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, Athena, or similar)
  • Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services domain
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
