Responsibilities
  • Generate new life insurance business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationship building
  • Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to discuss their life insurance needs and financial goals
  • Educate clients about life insurance options in a simple, approachable way
  • Recommend appropriate coverage based on each client's needs, goals, and budget
  • Prepare and present life insurance quotes and proposals
  • Conduct outbound calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Build relationships with referral partners and community professionals
  • Develop new opportunities through networking and community involvement
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the application and underwriting process
  • Assist clients with completing applications and required underwriting steps
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, applications, and follow-ups
  • Ask existing clients and referral partners for introductions and referrals
  • Identify opportunities to help business owners with life insurance needs, including key-person coverage, buy-sell planning, and business continuation strategies
  • Meet individual sales and activity goals
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect information in the agency CRM
  • Provide an excellent experience from the first conversation through policy placement

Requirements
