Community Banking Specialist

Location: Westminster, MD

Join our team at ACNB Bank as a full-time Community Banking Specialist at our Market Place Office in Westminster and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial well-being of our customers and community. We're looking for someone with banking experience, a passion for relationship-building, and the ability to deliver results.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Banking Experience: Minimum of 1 - 3 years in retail banking as a Teller or Relationship Banker, with proven success in meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, multitasking, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication.
  • Local Expertise: Familiarity with the Westminster area and its community is highly preferred.
  • Coaching: Mentor and provide support to other bankers and positively impact the office.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Satisfaction: Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals by ensuring accurate profiling, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a customer-centric approach aligned with Service Excellence Standards.
  2. Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass individual sales targets while contributing to office-wide sales objectives by effectively identifying cross-selling and referral opportunities.
