Reports To: Division Head, Commercial Lending
Status: Exempt/Officer
Grade: 11
Salary Range: $66,699 - $122,975
Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
Location: Yorktown Heights, NY
Purpose/Objective:
This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers within a defined market and develops new business relationships for the bank. This position will work closely with our Retail Branches as well as other internal partners.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Identify qualified potential customers.
  • Initiate business development efforts to establish a banking relationship.
  • Identify needs and make product recommendations to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain high level of knowledge of the bank's products and services.
  • Represent the bank at community functions and organizations to develop additional business.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of bank operations, procedures and regulations.
  • Provide high level of customer service.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent of education and work experience.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years business/commercial banking experience.
  • Proven sales skills with demonstrated success.

Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and follow-up.
  • Wide range of knowledge of banking and the local market.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to travel throughout defined market.
