American Commercial Bank & Trust is currently seeking candidates for an opening in our Treasury Management Team for a Treasury Management Support Specialist. This role will interact daily with commercial banking staff members as well as external commercial clients enrolled with specific Treasury Management products such as Internet Banking, remote deposit capture, Wire Transfer and ACH Processing. The Treasury Management team is committed to providing excellent service with timely responsiveness and with emphasis on exceptional ongoing support for internal and external clients. Seeking candidates with excellent internal and external customer service skills, both oral and written, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical troubleshooting and product assistance and support via telephonic or Teams calls. Also seeking candidates who thrive on strong collaboration in a team environment.

Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Key job duties and responsibilities include the following:
  • Provide support for different bank platforms used by clients such as Internet Banking, remote deposit capture, ACH, Wire Transfer and other commercial services.
  • Process requests from bank staff and clientele for set-up of services and client user profiles for different services and appropriate access to bank products.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise regarding different platforms the clients' use for internet banking, remote and mobile deposit, Wire transfer, etc.
  • Support different initiatives from management for system audit projects, user inactivity purge, client access review and other projects that arise.
  • Utilize system and platform training resources to fine-tune technical knowledge and to enhance expertise with platform upgrades and any new product rollout.
Education and Experience
  • Minimal requirement is a high-school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business a plus.
  • Prior experience in banking with good general knowledge of a Bank core system and with experience in various departments desired.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office including Word/Excel, and possess a general understanding of the PC, internet browsers and the Internet.
  • Excellent Client Service skills for communication with clients and bank staff including follow-up, demonstration of bank services and product walk-throughs, and assisting clients with access levels and authentication set-up.
  • Ability to contribute to a team environment and collaboration with TM Team members for daily success of product support and organization of the unit and ensuring department service expectations are met.
  • Problem solving and multi-tasking capabilities desired.
