Associate Software Engineer
The Associate Software Engineer develops software solutions and technology platform configurations that support the Bank's products, services, and operations. Working under close supervision, this job delivers well-defined engineering work and builds the foundations of professional engineering practice. This job is considered an early-career professional within the Software Engineering job family and works across application, integration, and platform technologies as a generalist.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develops software solutions, platform configurations, and integrations of limited scope and complexity under the guidance of more experienced engineers.
  • Writes, tests, and maintains quality code and configuration in accordance with the Bank's engineering standards.
  • Participates in team ceremonies, technical discussions, and code reviews to build engineering knowledge.
  • Assists in the diagnosis and resolution of production issues with guidance from senior team members.
  • Documents work clearly and keeps technical documentation current.
  • Learns the Bank's technology estate, delivery practices, and business domains.
  • Applies security, compliance, and risk management practices throughout the delivery life cycle.

Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred

Minimum Qualifications
  • Prior technical background via education and/or work history
  • Basic understanding of:

EverBank is seeking highly motivated Associate SRE & Production Support Analysts to join our growing Technology Operations organization. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates to begin their careers in Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, Incident Management, and Automation.
The selected candidates will work alongside senior engineers and technology leaders to monitor critical banking applications, support production systems, manage incidents, improve platform reliability, and help drive automation initiatives using Ivanti Neurons, Azure Cloud, and modern DevOps practices.
This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade cloud environments, IT Service Management (ITSM), observability platforms, automation technologies, and mission-critical systems supporting customer-facing banking services.
Production Support & Operations
  • Monitor enterprise applications and infrastructure to ensure platform stability and availability.
  • Participate in production support activities, including incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
  • Help improve application reliability, performance, and operational resilience.
  • Support monitoring and observability initiatives across enterprise applications.

Incident Management & Ivanti Neurons
  • Utilize Ivanti Neurons to manage incidents, service requests, alerts, and operational workflows.
