Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Servicing is seeking an exciting and dynamic individual to bring experience in Processing to our Consumer Direct Team! We are looking for a Processor who can drive amazing and deep relationships with our Loan Originators and Customers. This professional will partner with our team to assist our Originators and Customers through the loan process

  • Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO
  • Compensation: $50-60k + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a working knowledge of products, policies, procedures and operating systems as we as any updates that are implemented
  • Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, HELoans/HELOCs, FHA, VA & 2nd Lien underwriting guidelines
  • Must be able to independently calculate all types of self-employed income.
  • Prepare loan and coordinate with members on finalizing and closing loans timely and efficiently
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on changes to market conditions
  • Proficiency with AUS systems
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.
  • Communicate with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, etc., to expedite mortgage process.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to be successful:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of continuous current Mortgage Processing experience required
  • TRID knowledge required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with Consumer Direct team
  • Experience using LoanSoft or Empower LOS is a plus.
  • SalesForce or Total Expert experience and knowledge on working within a database a plus
  • Strong computer and technology related skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
