The Courier and General Services Specialist performs a variety of courier, maintenance, groundskeeping, and general facilities management duties for all Bank locations, including offices, branches, and Bank-owned properties.


Essential Job Functions

  • Completes courier runs daily, performs trash patrol, and delivers supplies.
  • Performs maintenance duties for all corporate properties, including checking interior and exterior lighting, landscaping, handling snow removal, performing basic repairs, and cleaning.
  • Performs a wide variety of duties related to special events, including banner hanging, sign installation, and event setup and breakdown.

Other Duties

  • Performs additional duties, as directed by management.
  • Complies with all related consumer regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

Qualifications, Experience, and Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience performing maintenance and facilities upkeep duties.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance and grounds upkeep preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work effectively.
  • Ability to write and send emails.
  • Demonstrates understanding and compliance with Bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods standing and walking.
  • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
