Banking Operations AssociateMake an Impact Behind Every Transaction

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Join a dynamic banking operations team where you'll play a vital role in ensuring complex financial transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this role, you'll work with a variety of banking systems, collaborate with internal teams, support members through complex account needs, and help protect the organization from risk and fraud. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll DoBanking Operations & Transaction Processing
  • Process a high volume of complex regulatory banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Navigate multiple banking and processing systems while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Evaluate transactions for risk, approval requirements, account limits, and potential fraud concerns.
Member & Partner Support
  • Respond to member and internal partner inquiries via phone, email, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and resolve member, vendor, and internal issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Escalate complex situations and potential concerns to Associates or leadership when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of member interactions, activities, and transactions.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
  • Assist with specialized regulatory activities.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct quality control reviews on assigned processes and transactions.
  • Monitor and validate transactional reports for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Share process improvement ideas that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and member experience.
  • Support training efforts and assist in developing fellow associates.
What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; some post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a complex environment.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
