Job Description:
At Regions, the Bank Operations CMI Specialist updates and maintains the customer maintenance and information (CMI) repository.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manages and updates customer records
  • Enters customer information into the system
  • Makes corrections to customer records as needed
  • Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED and one (1) year of operations or related experience

Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

This is not a remote position. A minimum of three days working in the office is required.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
