Job description

Summary

Join our Deposit Operations team to support back-office banking functions such as customer account maintenance, documentation review, and operational processes. This role ensures deposit account accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while collaborating with internal teams to deliver reliable customer support.

Location

This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process deposit account documentation and maintenance requests while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  • Support consumer and business deposit account servicing, customer information maintenance, and documentation retention processes.
  • Provide operational support to community offices and internal departments by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with deposit-related workflows.
  • Perform quality control reviews, customer correspondence, and other deposit operations activities to support a high level of service and operational excellence.
  • Assist with additional department projects and operational functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years of operations experience or transferable experience in banking, financial services, administration, compliance, or customer support.
