Who you are:

As a Regional Manager - Commercial Services, you are our operator. In this role, you will be responsible for working under general supervision to manage and coordinate the activities of all commercial Teller operations to insure adequate workflow and efficient service to customers. You will help bring value to the organization by not only spearheading change but by reviewing and recommending new methods and procedures to make operations more efficient. Our managers have a passion for people, and have the opportunity meet customers to resolve complex problems and sell additional bank services. You welcome a challenge and will strive ensure our core values of integrity, caring and excellence are always in mind.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and coordinate the activities of all department areas through supervisors including the assignment of special projects

  • Review and recommend new methods and procedures to make operations more efficient

  • Meet customers in resolving more complex work problems and when selling additional bank services

  • Ensure strict accountability is maintained for all cash in the area

  • Ensure that internal controls are in place and functioning properly

  • Ensure compliance to policies, laws, and regulations applicable to the area

  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

  • 1+ years experience in customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • 1+ years experience in bank operations

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
