  • Leads growth of banking services within the assigned markets(s). Crafts and executes on the strategies to support business development within the market(s), aligned with AMG's business and financial priorities. Oversees the recruitment/acquisition, onboarding, and career development of banking professionals within the assigned market(s). Coaches, mentors, and manages the performance of Banking Advisors to ensure individual and market goals are achieved while attaining noteworthy customer experience results.
  • Monitors and manages team's adherence to AMG's risk and compliance policies and processes for the assigned market(s).
  • Builds relationships and works closely with market and functional leaders as well as cross line of business partners to grow the Banking business and facilitate integrated business development opportunities and solutions for clients. Builds / manages a network of external partners to assist team in business development and client acquisition opportunities.
  • Serves as subject matter expert for team and demonstrates technical expertise in sophisticated/complex banking and lending strategies.
  • Manages individual relationship with key clients within assigned market(s) as needed. Directs and manages market(s) to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue.
