The purpose of the program is to groom them for future leadership or managerial roles within the organization. Trainees rotate through different departments, gaining hands-on experience in areas like loans, accounts, compliance, and customer relations. The training typically lasts between 1 to 2 years, after which successful trainees are usually promoted to junior management positions.
