Due to recent growth, our client focused firm is seeking to hire a full-time, Senior Project Manager to join our staff. This individual will be responsible for driving business development for Phase 1 and 2 ESAs, PCAs, and subsurface investigation services, coordinate and oversee field inspections, reporting, and conduct technical inspections as needed, interview and recommend new hires and independent contractors and learn and use Salesforce for proposals, follow up with clients, and collaborate with team members for Red Tape Due Diligence services. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client service and actively network with decision-makers in development, banking, and AEC industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead EC Division's Due Diligence practice by:
  • Completing BD work to find new business for Phase 1 ESA's, Phase 2 ESA's, PCA's (Property Condition Assessments) and subsurface investigation services.
  • Coordination and overseeing Phase 1&2 ESA, Subsurface Investigations and PCA field inspections and final reporting.
  • Performing technical inspection work as needed.
  • Interview and make recommendations on hew hires and independent contractors (as needed) as work load increases.
  • Learn Salesforce sufficiently to prepare and submit proposals to clients.
  • Follow up with potential clients to complete scope review and gain feedback on proposals in order to try and find a way to win business.
  • Coordination with other internal Division team members for Red Tape Due Diligence services.
  • Provide extremely high level of service to clients in order to differentiate ourselves from industry competitors.
  • Aggressively network with decision makers throughout development, banking and AEC industry.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Natural Science, Environmental Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of environmental consulting experience or PCA experience
  • Phase 1 & 2 experience, Subsurface investigation experience, Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in training (EIT) preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Physical ability to comfortably walk around active job sites in an efficient manner
  • Proficient using a Windows Operations System and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat)
