Within Global Trade & Standby Services, our Digital Innovation & Analytics team plays a critical role in transforming complex data into insights that power decision-making, automation, and operational excellence.
We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst who loves working with data, asking the right questions, and turning ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions. If you're highly technical, curious by nature, and motivated to grow your business understanding while solving meaningful problems - this role was built for you.
What you'll do
As a trusted analytics partner, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders across lending and trade-related services to deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
Some responsibilities include but not limited too:
  • Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and clarify business needs
  • Perform data discovery, transformation, and blending using large, complex datasets
  • Build and automate dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that drive smarter decisions
  • Translate technical findings into clear, compelling insights that influence action
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Measure outcomes, monitor results, and refine solutions based on impact
  • Collaborate with peers and SMEs to deliver a holistic, enterprise-ready view of data
  • Ensure all data practices align with company standards, governance, and compliance

What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Strong experience with Alteryx (highly prioritized) and SQL
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Background in analytics, advanced analytics, or predictive modeling
  • Solid understanding of data transformation and data modeling concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
