The role offers significant responsibility across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investment professionals on complex credit and secondary transactions.Key responsibilities include evaluating and executing secondary investment opportunities across various transaction types, leading financial analysis, credit underwriting, valuation, and due diligence processes. The successful candidate will support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution from initial review through close, monitor portfolio investments, and prepare investment committee materials, and mentor junior team members.The ideal candidate brings 6-8+ years of relevant experience in private credit, direct lending, secondaries, leveraged finance, or investment banking.
