Location: Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid 
Duration: 12 Months
 
General Summary:
  • We are looking for an expert-level Technical BA with FIS MBP ecosystem and Digital One applications experience.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to overall core banking Solution strategy for digital bank implementation to meet the organization's business requirements
  • Identify and understand guidelines, policies and procedures for IT Asset Management for core banking applications used at Jenius Bank
  • Contribute to implementation of core banking FIS solutions by collaborating with Product
  • Define & document technical specifications of core banking FIS integrations used by Jenius Bank for MBP 3.8 to MBP 3.11 upgrade
  • Responsible for MBP 3.11 Documentation Review, Analysis with Jenius stakeholders
  • Responsible for outlining API & Event updates
  • Maintain Jenius Kanban board
  • Provide support for Jenius testing strategy
  • Monitor, evaluate, and execute audit processes to ensure compliance.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
Education: 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related discipline
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in an Analyst role in Banking
  • Banking/Financial Services experience is a must.
  • Previous experience in an Agile environment for banking, financial services, or credit card services preferred
  • Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office, Visio and JIRA
  • Experience with banking ecosystem, system integration
  • Solid skills in testing API using tools like Rest Assured, Postman and writing automation scripts for API tests.
  • Working knowledge of banking concepts, example ACH/ EFT processing, Deposits, Lending, GL
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive management, individual contributors
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
