Job description

*Flexible Work Arrangement:1 day a week on-site in Newark, Ohio & 4 days remote. Must have transportation to our headquarters in Newark, Ohio to be considered for the role. 

RESPONSIBILITIES   #Ll-Hybrid

  • Builds and maintains data semantic models to support analytics and business intelligence use cases.
  • Designs, develops, and manages data pipelines using DBT to ensure reliable data transformation and delivery.
  • Collaborates with data scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationships to support strategic data and technology initiatives.
  • Provides support for developing and optimizing scripts and data workflows integrated into banking applications.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in SQL/Python and experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data validation and insights.
  • Transforms and prepares raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis and building AI Agents.
  • Ability to pick up NLP based coding in Snowflake and DBT.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2yr associate degree in IT, Computer Programming, Computer Science or other related discipline required
  • Project or professional experience with basic programming relative to scripting language in reporting software, experience with SQL required.
  • Python language scripting skills required.   

      SCHEDULE

      Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is non-exempt and full time (40 hours per week.)

      This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers and stakeholders to discuss and exchange accurate information.
