The Retail Banker is responsible for assisting customers with a variety of banking needs as well as the sale of additional bank products to current and prospective customers.
We have one part-time position available: 22 - 27 hours each week, with schedules ranging between the hours of 1:30PM/2:00PM - 5:30PM Monday-Friday, mostly closing shifts, with a potential of occasional opening shifts from 7:45AM - 12:00PM, and including a Saturday rotation (approximately every fourth Saturday) from 8:15AM-12:00PM.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 months of accountable cash handling/transaction management in a retail or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills required; ability to work in a team environment, learn quickly, and apply knowledge as needed
  • Proficient in computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and customer privacy in all situations
Software Operating Requirements Include:
  • General knowledge of document origination software preferred
  • Familiarity with Windows
  • Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
  • Core Bank Software (Jack Henry)
