Job description

We are looking for an experienced, diligent teller to join our bank. You'll be responsible for the safe and accurate handling of money through activities. Our bank teller must be detail-oriented and precise, so as not to make mistakes in the critical phase of customer transactions. Our teller must also have excellent people skills and superb customer service skills. 100% of Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance coverage are paid by the employer!

Responsibilities

  • Daily counting cash in the drawer
  • Accepting cash, checks, and other forms of payment from customers
  • Preparing specialized types of funds, such as money orders, and checks
  • Answering questions from customers about their accounts
  • Recording all transactions

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Working knowledge of computer software used for financial products and services
  • Background check

  • Cash handling experience and must be good with numbers
