The Chief Financial Officer of CK Supply will help drive our company forward on our 10 year plan of rapid 4X revenue growth and geographical expansion. This position is a hands-on role that will oversee critical financial and accounting responsibilities for a 170 employee owned holding company with multiple locations and product / service offerings. Relevant leadership and management experience in a mid-market manufacturing, industrial, chemical or distribution industry is preferred.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member within a seven person executive management team, the CFO will be responsible for integration of several departments within the company and ultimately will be responsible for keeping all financial and operational support functions ahead of our growth in sales, geography and team members!

  • Set high standards by adhering to the CK Core Values through behavior and words.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO & President and members of the executive management team and board of directors.
  • Manage the processes for financial forecasting, capital expenditures, budgets, and oversee the preparation of timely financial, audit and tax reporting.
  • Provide oversight on all financial activities and reporting as it pertains to Board of Directors meetings, banking relationships and ESOP regulatory compliance and valuation
  • Direct responsibility for legal and risk management, insurance related activities and compliance (excluding Health, Dental and Vision)
  • Prepare and present materials for quarterly all employee open book management meetings
  • Utilize experience in ERP software including Netsuite, Excel, AI and other analytical tools to provide data and reports to management to enhance business decisions
  • Mentor and guide up and coming team members to grow skills that will allow for more efficient work distribution while supporting new facility financial operations and controls
  • Operate within the framework of the established EOS Traction operating system
  • Financial and administrative support to HR, IT and Operations and other departments as requested without direct responsibility
  • Expand and improve upon a company that is financially strong, stable with consistent best in class results that does not require major reorganization or immediate change

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field, required
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years management and team leadership experience, required
  • A minimum of 10 years finance experience, required
  • Previous experience in ESOP related business preferred, not required
  • Ability to manage stress in fast-paced environment with growing needs and increasing workloads
  • Proven success and experience with acquisitions and scaling business systems
  • Treasury experience (with Bank Compliance Certificates, etc.) recommended
  • Willingness to be hands-on while building a strong support team, high humility
