In this diverse role, you will proactively and efficiently support our Relationship Managers in advising and servicing our demanding clients.


  • Proactive and efficient support of the Relationship Managers in advising and servicing our sophisticated client base
  • Handling organisational and administrative tasks as part of comprehensive office management, particularly in the areas of correspondence, documentation, diary management and compliance
  • Independently preparing and following up on client and acquisition meetings, including gathering relevant information
  • Monitoring client portfolios with regard to due dates and outstanding pending items
  • Receiving and independently processing orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payments
Requirements

For this position, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented and responsible personality with a strong client focus and high quality standards.


  • Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial vocational training
  • Several years of practical experience in private banking and in servicing private banking clients
  • Experience with cross-border client relationships as well as good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements such as MiFID, KYC, AML and FIDLEG
  • Strong service orientation, initiative, and a structured and reliable way of working
  • An empathetic personality with excellent manners and strong communication skills
  • Fluency in German as well as good knowledge of French and English
