Job description

The AI Product Manager is responsible for managing the Bank's AI initiatives, from intake to deployment and monitoring. This role involves collaborating with business units, Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, and other teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities. The manager will shape use cases, manage the portfolio, and ensure effective governance and outcome management. They will also provide cross-functional support, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement in the Bank's AI processes.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (hours may vary)

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $94,000 - $120,000/year; commensurate with experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to define problems and document requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate AI opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain AI concepts and business value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams, including technology, risk, and compliance.
  • Organized and disciplined approach to documentation and project management.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, analytics, and technology-enabled process improvement.
  • Understanding of banking operations and financial services is an asset.
  • Certifications in product management, Agile, or AI-related fields are preferred.
  • Manage enterprise AI intake, use case inventory, and portfolio roadmap.
  • Translate business problems into structured AI use cases with defined objectives and outcomes.
  • Prioritize AI opportunities based on strategic alignment, value, and feasibility.
  • Ensure end-to-end lifecycle management of AI use cases, including governance and monitoring.
  • Prepare AI portfolio reporting for management and stakeholder groups, including executive-level communications.
  • Identify training and change management needs for approved AI solutions.
  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing AI solutions and process improvements.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to AI intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
  • Participate in AI-related meetings, reviews, and discussions, providing analysis and presentations.
  • Assist with policy updates and ad-hoc AI-related tasks as required.
