Role Description The Part-time Accountant/Bookkeeper at Coastal Contracting LLC will manage day-to-day financial records and support accurate reporting for the business. Responsibilities include recording transactions, reconciling bank and credit card statements, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and maintaining organized ledgers. The role will also assist with payroll preparation, basic financial analysis, and preparing documentation for tax filings and external accountants.
