Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Georgia
Department: Banilla Sales
Reports To: Sales Lead
Status: Exempt
Compensation: $100,000+ (Salary plus commission based on experience)

SUMMARY: A Sales Executive will embody our Mission, Vision, and Values, have strong character, and be hard-working. Sales Executives will work in a collaborative environment and must contribute to the team, as we believe in a team sales approach. This role requires someone who is results-oriented, humble, passionate, and driven to succeed. A Sales Executive would receive a competitive salary and be eligible for a commission bonus, in addition to our benefits package.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand the company's Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and approach.
- You will make an impact for the team by supporting existing accounts while developing and executing plans to develop new business opportunities by selling.
- You will continuously assess the customer base to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current customers and their teams by providing information, guidance, and excellent customer support.
- Spend significant time each day on the phone with inbound/outbound calls.
- Close sales opportunities for Banilla Games.
- Research competitors and understand our competitive advantage.
