  • Mentor team members to provide superior guest service
  • Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
  • Properly staff and schedule table games department efficiently, keeping in mind special events, weather, and business conditions
  • Train and develop table games team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
  • Develop and maintain a safe, professional, and friendly work environment
  • Oversee the overall integrity of the table games department
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have knowledge of all casino game rules
  • Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations
  • Must have a minimum of two years as a Table Games Floor Supervisor casino management required
  • Requires above-average math skills
  • Experience with scheduling and budgeting in a casino environment
  • Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required
  • Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands:
