Join our team as a Hospitalist or Nocturnist Physician in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, just 30 minutes outside of Albuquerque.

We are hiring for both hospitalist and nocturnist positions. Our Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnist schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our team of eight physicians at the UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center.
  • Work alongside a unique group of clinicians with diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds.
  • We work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a seamless transition of care.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be board-certified/eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
  • The ability to handle complex medical and social scenarios is essential.
  • A patient-centered, compassionate mindset is a must.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

  • Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation
  • Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

  • 20 minutes to Albuquerque for cultural attractions, dining, shopping, and the International Balloon Fiesta.

Compensation:

  • Compensation for days is $1,829 per shift.
  • Compensation for nights is $2,109 per shift.
  • We also offer quality and productivity incentives.
