Contract Position | Albuquerque, NM | $20/hrSecurEvent Solutions is hiring Event Safety Team Members for the 2026 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta - one of the world's most iconic mass‑ascension events. Our team ensures a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for hundreds of thousands of guests throughout the nine‑day festival.We're looking for individuals who are observant, dependable, and confident working in fast‑paced environments where professionalism and quick decision‑making matter.What You'll DoMonitor event grounds and proactively identify safety concernsSupport crowd movement and maintain safe pedestrian flowManage access control and regulate entry to designated areasConduct screening procedures for attendees and staffProvide calm, immediate support during incidents or emergenciesEnforce event rules and maintain a secure environmentDocument and report safety‑related incidents accuratelyWhat Makes You a Strong CandidateExperience in event safety, security, crowd management, or emergency response (preferred but not required)Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional under pressureStrong communication and teamwork skillsAvailability for October 3–11Willingness to work flexible shifts:AM: 3:30am–11:00am (approx.)PM: 3:00pm–11:00pm (approx.)Ability to stand for extended periodsContract DetailsTemporary, contract‑based positionCompetitive hourly rateTraining provided prior to event startHow to ApplySubmit your application with relevant experience and availability.
