About The Position

Development Assistant is responsible for the proper acceptance, recording, reporting and acknowledging of gifts and pledges in accordance with Joffrey policy and state and federal laws and IRS regulations. This position supports the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) and Director of Development (DOD) on scheduling needs in addition to supporting the general fundraising needs of the department. The Development Assistant works closely and collaboratively with members of the development, marketing, finance, and IT departments.
