Now Hiring CNA/Caregiver – Ballantyne area, Charlotte

BALLANTYNE, NC


Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $16/hour


We're seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA/Caregiver to provide quality care for a client in the Beaver Brook Way area of Charlotte.

This position is primarily focused on companion care, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections while helping a client remain comfortable and independent at home.


Responsibilities include:

  • Providing companionship and engaging conversation
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers as needed
  • Meal preparation
  • Encouraging a safe, comfortable, and positive environment
  • Light assistance with daily routines


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current CNA license (proof required)
  • One year of caregiving experience preferred—motivated new caregivers encouraged to apply
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
  • Compassion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry with no findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation
  • Comfortable assisting with mobility
  • A love for sports is a big plus! The ideal caregiver will enjoy talking about and watching sports with the client.
  • Client has a cat, so applicants should be comfortable working in a home with pets.
