We are looking for a dependable and hard working Kitchen Steward to join our back of house team. This position is the foundation of the kitchen’s success, keeping everything clean, organized, and running smoothly. You will be an essential part of the daily rhythm, supporting chefs and cooks so they can focus on the craft of cooking.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a clean and organized dish and utility area throughout service.
  • Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment properly.
  • Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning of kitchen spaces.
  • Support prep cooks and chefs with basic prep or restocking as needed.
  • Monitor dish and chemical levels and communicate supply needs promptly.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe work environment.
