Physical Therapist (PT) - Pediatric Home Health

Location: San Antonio, Schertz, Shavano Park, Leon Valley, Converse, Selma, South San Antonio, Balcones Heights, Helotes and Stone Oak
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours
Pay: $60 - $75 per hour

We're looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about helping kids grow, move, and reach their full potential - all while enjoying flexibility, teamwork, and great support.


What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat children with developmental, orthopedic, and neurological needs.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and family goals.
  • Use play-based, functional activities to promote mobility, strength, and confidence.
  • Educate and empower families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, PTAs, etc.) to ensure whole-child care.
  • Document patient progress accurately using our user-friendly EMR system.


What You'll Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Texas PT license (or eligibility).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A heart for pediatric care and family-centered therapy.
