Job description

A Baker is generally responsible for preparing, baking, finishing, and presenting bakery products according to Dunkin' operational standards while maintaining quality, freshness, and food safety. Bakers are also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized baking area.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and bake donuts, muffins, bagels, croissants, and other bakery products according to company standards
  • Follow baking schedules, recipes, and production procedures accurately
  • Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards
  • Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
  • Prepare glazes, fillings, toppings, and other bakery ingredients as needed
  • Maintain proper product rotation and storage procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management
  • Keep bakery, prep areas, storage rooms, and equipment clean and organized
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Package and label bakery products correctly
  • Assist with stocking bakery displays and supplies
  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and business demands
  • Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
  • Support restaurant operations and assist team members as needed

Education/Experience:
