We’re looking for a Full-Time Pastry Baker to join our Willow Park location at 9919 Fairmont Drive SE, Calgary, AB.

What You'll Do

You’ll help bring our bakery to life by:

  • Preparing cakes, cookies, pies, danishes, tarts, and other delicious baked goods
  • Measuring ingredients and preparing doughs, fillings, icings, and toppings
  • Operating mixers, ovens, and other bakery equipment
  • Decorating pastries and maintaining beautiful displays
  • Following recipes, production standards, and food safety procedures
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and production records
  • Keeping the bakery clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Providing friendly service and answering customer questions
  • Sharing ideas about new products and market trends
  • Working closely with the bakery team to meet daily production deadline.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Typical shift: 5:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Early mornings, weekends, and general holidays are required

The Role

This position involves standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending and twisting, working around hot and cold environments, and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. You may also work with flour, baking ingredients, and nuts.
