Bakery Production AssociateThe Bakery Production Associate is a core member of our bakery team, responsible for producing high-quality baked goods with consistency, care, and efficiency. This role requires a thorough knowledge of our bakery menu, disciplined adherence to recipes and quality standards, and a proactive approach to keeping the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked. This is a hands-on production role best suited for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well as part of a team, and brings a sense of urgency and reliability to every shift. Key ResponsibilitiesRecipe Execution & Quality

  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all bakery menu items and their preparation methods.
  • Execute recipes with consistency and precision, meeting the quality standards outlined in each formula.
  • Ensure all baked goods are prepared correctly and reflect the bakery's standards before being passed to service or packaging. Production & Scheduling

  • Participate in regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment, surfaces, and shared facilities.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists accurately and on time. Team Collaboration
