About the Role

Diamond Bakery is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our front counter team. You'll be the face of our bakery — welcoming customers, filling orders, and making sure every visit feels special.
Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers at the front retail counter
  • Fill and package customer orders accurately
  • Take and manage phone orders in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicate with our bakers to stay informed on daily inventory and production needs
  • Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift
What We're Looking For
