Seeking a full time Bakery Assistant who is willing to learn and adapt to our amazing culture. Our Bakery assistant will integrate into our team to help facilitate daily preparation and production of our cakes and other baked goods while ensuring the highest level of quality in our small unique kitchen. Must be willing to do dishwashing and packaging along with helping customers when needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimal experience necessary. We will train.
  • Professional work ethic and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team, resourcefully, and meet hard deadlines.
  • Ability to meet physical demands including extended periods of standing and walking throughout the day; able to lift and carry 25-50 pounds, push/ pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Work Ethic: You're punctual, quick on your feet, and a team player. You're always on time and rarely call out.
  • Reliability is vital since we are a small business.
  • Great attitude and demeanor to add value to our amazing team is a must.
  • Must understand and have working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Your friends should know you as a clean and well kept person.
