As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of Tim Hortons products while ensuring quality, freshness, and food safety standards are consistently met. This role requires excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills, as you will be responsible for managing production levels, monitoring product freshness, and supporting restaurant operations throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bake and prepare donuts, baked goods, breakfast items, and other menu products according to Tim Hortons standards.
  • Monitor product levels and adjust production to meet guest demand while minimizing waste.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
  • Receive and organize inventory deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work efficiently and independently while communicating effectively with team members and shift leaders.
