ROLE OVERVIEW
The Café Associate is a versatile team member who contributes to both front-of-house and back-of-house operations - from crafting coffee drinks and preparing food to delivering friendly, efficient service that keeps our guests smiling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare coffee beverages and food items for guests
• Greet customers, take orders, and process transactions accurately
• Act as a liaison between customer needs and team capabilities
• Assemble orders and maintain display cases and counter presentation
• Keep the bakery and café clean and organized during your shift
• Assist peers with tasks and increase overall store efficiency
• Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety standards
• Adhere to uniform, attendance, and conduct policies
WHAT YOU BRING
• Prior café or food service experience preferred
• Upbeat, positive attitude and genuine hospitality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to receive constructive feedback
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong customer service skills
• Must pass a background check
