We're looking for a passionate Bread Baker who takes pride in crafting the freshest, most delicious focaccia bread around. If you love the art of the bake and want to knead, create and innovate every single day — let's rise together!

At Urbane Cafe, our focaccia is made from scratch every morning and baked fresh in open-hearth ovens right in front of our guests. It's the heart of what we do, and we need someone who treats it that way.

What You'll Do

  • Mix, knead and proof focaccia dough to perfection — every shift, every time
  • Bake fresh bread in our open-hearth ovens with consistency and pride
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen workspace
  • Follow recipes and portioning standards while bringing your own passion to the craft
  • Help keep things moving — support the team and jump in where needed
