Team Leader/Shift Leader - Einstein Bros Bagels, starting $12 /hr w/experience
Einstein Bros.® Bagels is your neighborhood bagel shop. We're proud to provide our guests with freshly baked bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, coffee, catering and so much more. Stop on in. We'll have a fresh bagel and cup of coffee ready for you.
We are looking for team leaders to join our team at W. Airport and 99. Team leaders will assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the restaurant, including training, management of team members hours and breaks, cash handling and opening/closing tasks. Must be punctual, have strong written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, be self motivated and able to work with little to no direct supervision, have great guest service skills and be able to mediate guest complaints. An ideal candidate will have a passion for serving fresh and quality food and be willing to go the extra mile to make a guest's experience great.
Qualifications:
1 years in a supervisory role preferred but not required
Food safety certified in the state of Texas, or obtain a certification prior to the store opening
Bilingual a plus
