Job Description
CTR Group is currently seeking FIREWATCHERS / PATROLLERS with Active DoD Clearance for the Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA. Transitioning or former Navy personnel and current Reservists are also encouraged to apply for these cleared positions. Seeking local personnel.
We have openings for 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift, with the following hourly pay rates:
1st shift pays $19-20 per hour
2nd shift pays $20-21 per hour
3rd shift pays $21-22 per hour
Additionally, weekend work may be required.
The project is scheduled to commence in the second week of April.

Lots of overtime
JOB SUMMARY:
The fire suppression systems are currently being replaced in the vacant buildings, so a 24-hour patrol is required to be present in case of a fire. Firewatchers will be responsible for conducting one-hour patrols every other hour. They will carry a clipboard, stopwatch, and walkie-talkie to communicate with home base while patrolling the premises.
Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. Secret Clearance required.
