Job Overview

This is a residential and light commercial service plumbing role. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and solving complex issues, working independently in the field, and delivering top-tier service on every call.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repair work in residential and commercial environments
• Diagnose issues and provide efficient, long-term solutions
• Operate jetters, cameras, and chain snakes
• Install and repair PEX, copper, and drain line systems
• Maintain a clean and organized van and worksite
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and the team
• Deliver high-quality work that earns reviews and referrals

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in service plumbing
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Proficiency with Milwaukee tools and standard plumbing equipment
• Experience using jetters, cameras, and other drain cleaning tools
• Familiarity with PEX, copper, and drain systems
• Clean criminal background
• Clean and safe driving record
• Strong communication, punctuality, and professional presentation
• Positive attitude with a desire to grow, improve, and perform
• Zero tolerance for laziness, drama, or excuses

Schedule

• Rotating emergency and on-call schedule with additional pay
